How we handle a membership request.
This notice covers data sent through the form and direct communications with Marina Aurea.

Data collected
Name, email, optional phone, country, yacht situation, optional approximate length, interest, timeframe, language, message, confirmation that the notice has been read and technical data needed to protect the form from abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to read the request, reply and consider possible pre-contractual steps requested by the person concerned. We do not conclude contracts online, carry out profiling or make decisions based solely on automated processing.
Recipients
Data may be handled by the categories of provider needed for hosting and email, subject to applicable instructions and safeguards. We do not sell data or use it for behavioural advertising.
Retention
A request is kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless it is deleted earlier on request or a different applicable obligation requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by writing to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Required data
Name, email, country, situation, interest, timeframe, language and confirmation that the notice has been read are required to send the form. Phone, length and message are optional. Do not send special categories of data or identity documents.
